These terms are an agreement between you and Neuron-ix-institue ("we", "us"), which operates the Neuronix AI course and student portal (the "Service"). By applying for, purchasing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be of legal age in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you accept these terms for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must give accurate information in your application and keep your account details up to date.
A membership to an online AI learning programme: recorded lessons published on an ongoing basis, live sessions, the student portal with progress tracking, the members' community, and access to announcements and materials while your membership is active. We may add, change or retire individual lessons and features as the programme develops.
Your login is personal to you. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course content for your own learning while your membership is active. You must not record, download, copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share or republish lessons or materials, reverse engineer the Service, or circumvent its technical limits or access controls.

You keep ownership of what you post in chat, wins and receipts. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and display that content solely to operate the Service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms.
The programme teaches the use of AI tools. AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased or out of date. You are responsible for your prompts, for checking outputs before relying on them, and for having the rights to any content you feed into a tool. Do not use AI tools taught here to produce illegal content, deepfakes of real people, hate speech or malware. Nothing in the course is financial, legal, medical or other regulated professional advice. If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, email Neuronix Academy Support and we will review and remove infringing material; repeat infringers lose access.
We and our licensors own the Service, the lessons, videos, written materials, software and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.
Membership is billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time from the membership area of the portal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Students in Afghanistan may instead pay by bank transfer and upload a receipt; access is extended for one month once the receipt is approved.

We work to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any particular income, job or business result from the course.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. When access ends, your course access stops; you may request an export of your own submitted content within 30 days, after which we may delete it in line with our Privacy Notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top of this page; continued use means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's place of establishment, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
