Neuron-ix-institue ("we", "us") provides the Neuronix AI course. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at Neuronix Academy Support.
We do not sell personal data.
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Applications that are not accepted are kept for up to 12 months. Student account, progress and payment records are kept for as long as the membership is active and then for up to 6 years where needed for accounting and legal claims. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email Neuronix Academy Support and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database permissions and short-lived private links for course videos. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure; these cannot be switched off. We use limited analytics storage to count visits and understand which pages work. Our payment provider sets cookies needed for checkout. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though the student portal will not work without the essential ones.
We will update this notice when our practices change and will post the new date at the top of the page.
